• Akron, OH, USA We are in search of an experienced and skilled Gardener to join our team in Akron.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in gardening, preferably in a professional setting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our gardens and outdoor spaces. You must have a strong understanding of plant care, soil maintenance, pest control, and irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and planning garden layouts
• Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation
• Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their health and shape
• Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
• Operating lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening equipment
• Monitoring plant health and identifying any issues or diseases
• Maintaining walkways, driveways, and other outdoor structures
• Cleaning up debris and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the garden

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Gardener
• Strong knowledge of plant care techniques
• Understanding of soil maintenance methods
• Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
• Good physical fitness as this role involves manual labor
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
