Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including edging, digging, and installing landscape features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structural features Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and seasonal snow plowing to maintain year-round landscape appeal Contribute to tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Aid in irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas Conduct routine landscape inspections and perform general maintenance to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction projects Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, horticulture or landscape maintenance is preferred Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree care, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and snow plowing is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in landscaping and maintenance tasks Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is preferred for equipment operation or site access Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills help create stunning outdoor environments!
