This temporary position will run from June through August and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining a professional environment. The Seasonal Groundskeeper will be responsible for general landscaping, lawn care, outdoor maintenance, and facility appearance projects to ensure our property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for employees, customers, and visitors.

Employment Details Seasonal Position:

June - August Full-Time or Part-Time (based on business needs) Hourly Position Reports to: Maintenance Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Mow grass and maintain lawns throughout company property. Trim weeds, bushes, and shrubs as needed. Edge sidewalks, curbs, and landscaped areas. Water flowers, plants, and landscaping as required. Remove litter and debris from parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and grounds. Sweep and maintain outdoor common areas. Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and beautification efforts. Maintain mulch beds and flower beds. Remove weeds from landscaped areas. Assist with outdoor painting and touch-up projects as assigned. Support general facility maintenance tasks as needed. Monitor grounds for safety concerns and report issues promptly. Operate lawn care and groundskeeping equipment safely. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous landscaping, lawn care, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to safely operate lawn maintenance equipment and hand tools. Ability to work in hot summer temperatures. Preferred Skills Experience operating lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, or other landscaping equipment. Basic knowledge of ground maintenance and landscaping practices.
