Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member

Duties Maintain the overall health and appearance of the golf course by performing landscaping and gardening tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating turf areas Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform routine maintenance on greens, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding landscapes Assist with irrigation system management including installation, repairs, and adjustments to ensure optimal watering schedules Conduct regular inspections of the course's landscape features to identify areas needing attention or repair Support land management efforts by trimming trees, shrubs, and other vegetation to enhance course aesthetics and safety Perform general maintenance tasks including repairing equipment, cleaning tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Collaborate with team members to implement landscaping projects that improve course functionality and visual appeal Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and hand tools safely and effectively Basic understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of course quality Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy equipment or materials throughout the day in outdoor conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a positive approach to collaborative tasks Valid driver's license may be required for equipment operation or course access Join us in creating an exceptional golf experience by maintaining a lush, inviting landscape.
