Hotaling Home Services is an up-and-coming exterior services company dedicated to helping clients maintain and improve their properties. We are growing quickly and looking for reliable, motivated team members who take pride in quality work and want to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

Crew members at Hotaling Home Services gain experience across a variety of tasks, making every workday different and more rewarding. Tasks include but not limited to- Landscape maintenance: trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, seasonal cleanup, and applying mulch or compost Landscape construction: planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, walkways, small hardscapes; laying stone or gravel, river rock Special projects and general property work as needed. tending to clients vegetable and fruit gardens. looking for experienced crew lead as well. This variety helps crew members develop multiple skills, gain hands-on experience in different areas, and find the types of work they enjoy most. It also keeps the workday engaging and prepares team members for growth within the company or in future roles.

What We're Looking For:

able to lift 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather Positive attitude . Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior landscaping, construction, or exterior work outside, experience is a major plus, but not required

Pay and Incentives:
