Duties Maintain and enhance the course's landscape through regular mowing, edging, trimming, and planting Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and blowers to keep the grounds tidy and well-groomed Assist with irrigation system management to ensure optimal watering schedules for healthy turf growth Perform routine landscaping tasks including planting new greenery, mulching beds, and removing weeds Conduct general maintenance on equipment and hand tools to ensure safety and efficiency Support turf health by applying fertilizers, aeration techniques, and pest control measures as needed Collaborate with team members to implement landscape improvements that enhance course aesthetics Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of horticulture principles and lawn care practices Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic maintenance procedures is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to landscape maintenance Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative work environments Embark on a rewarding career maintaining one of the most beautiful outdoor spaces.
