Job Description
Overview This is a crew leader position at Little Mountain Landscape on the lawn care crew. The applicant will drive the truck and trailer from job to job. The applicant will work with a helper to mow lawns, trim and edge, and blow off all walkways and driveways when finished. Duties Drive truck with enclosed trailer to complete the mowing route each day. Mow lawns with zero turn mowers. Use string trimmers to trim around places the mower deck cannot reach. Use the trimmer to edge beds and walkways after mowing. Be prepared to pick up sticks or other debris in lawn when necessary to complete duties. Blow off all grass clippings from paved areas or decks when finished mowing and trimming. Experience Experience maneuvering and backing up a truck and trailer is a must. Experience in the lawn care industry. Mowing, trimming and edging beds etc. We are looking for someone with the ability to ensure high quality work. An eye for making customers' yards look professional, and meticulously maintained is a key for this position. Experience with other landscaping work like hardscaping is a plus. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to be insured. We are looking for the right candidate who is trust-worthy and can work self-sufficiently. Starting pay is highly competitive at $23 per hour and we also offer a 401k with 4% company match.
