Landscaper & Property Maintenance Crew Member RBM Communites LLC is looking for a reliable, hardworking Landscaper / Maintenance Team Member to join our growing property management portfolio. This is a year-round, full-time position with real opportunity to grow within the company.

What You'll Do:

Summer (Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance) Mowing, edging, trimming, and general lawn care across all managed properties Mulching, weeding, planting, and seasonal grounds clean-up Maintaining curb appeal across the portfolio Winter (Snow & Ice Management) Snow plowing and salting/de-icing of lots, walkways, and entrances Monitoring weather and responding quickly to storm events Company-provided truck and materials, no need to use your own equipment Year-Round (Property Support) Assisting with bulk trash pickups across properties Performing trash-outs and clean-outs of vacant units under management General property upkeep and support as needed between seasonal work

What We're Looking For:

Someone passionate about doing quality work and who takes pride in being reliable and dependable Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or general labor (snow removal experience a plus) Comfortable operating a company vehicle and basic landscaping/plowing equipment Valid driver's license in good standing Able to work some early mornings, evenings, or weekends during snow events or peak season Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Physically able to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
