Seasonal, Part-time, Full‑time Quick Summary Join our mowing team as a Crew Lead overseeing daily mowing routes. This hands‑on role focuses on commercial mowing, trimming, edging, and site cleanup. Leadership and equipment operation experience required. Landscaping installation experience is a plus. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily mowing crew and routes; assign tasks and keep crews on schedule Operate sit‑down and stand‑on commercial mowers; perform trimming, edging, blowing, and cleanups Inspect and perform routine maintenance (blade changes, basic mechanical troubleshooting); coordinate repairs Train and mentor crew members; enforce safety and company policies Complete route logs, quality checks, and report issues to office/clients Required Qualifications 3+ years working for a landscaping/lawn care company (mowing-focused) Valid driver's license, insurable driving record, experience driving trucks with trailers Proficient with commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in varied weather, punctual and detail-oriented Basic mechanical skills (blade changes, routine equipment maintenance) Preferred Prior crew lead or supervisory experience Experience with landscape installation, mulch, planting, hedge trimming, cleanups Pay & Benefits Competitive pay ($20-$27) Experience dependent advancement opportunities How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your mowing/lead experience to [ ].
