Landscaper / Groundskeeper | 18.50 Per Hour | Drivers License Required | Full Day Shift

Job Description Full season outdoor work, with opportunity for extended winter work based on workload. Starting pay is 18.50 per hour. This is an entry level role. If you are seeking a higher starting wage, this position may not be the right fit. We evaluate performance early. Team members who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and skill may earn pay increases based on performance. We are a professional landscaping company serving the Columbus area. We work hard, move fast, and take pride in clean finished jobs. What You Will Be Doing Lawn mowing and trimming Mulching flower beds Pulling weeds and general property clean up Assisting with planting and seasonal services Applying lawn treatments and fertilizer applications as trained Driving truck and trailer after training Schedule Day shift only Crew departs from the shop at 7:00 am Crew returns at the end of the workday, typically between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm depending on workload Full day availability is required. Midday departures are not available. Minimum 2 to 3 full weekdays required Requirements Valid driver's license required Must be willing to learn to drive truck and trailer Comfortable working outdoors in heat Reliable and shows up on time Willing to learn proper lawn application procedures and safety standards Hiring now for March start. Pay:
