The Maintenance Tech I position is an entry level position focused on grounds, cleanliness and assisting with basic property upkeep. This is a good opportunity to learn more about maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds. Assist with maintenance tasks Assist with unit turns Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning if applicable Observe and learn as much as possible about general maintenance Other tasks as directed and assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical aptitude Willingness to learn Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to be on feet the majority of the day Ability to bend, twist, squat, walk stairs, kneel
