In this energetic role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met, and motivate your team to achieve excellence. Your leadership will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, well-maintained environments that delight clients and elevate community landscapes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your supervisory skills while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscaping and mowing technicians to complete scheduled lawn care, trimming, edging, and landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Coordinate daily work plans, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance to ensure high-quality results Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation system checks, and general gardening tasks Oversee safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines during operations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting machinery issues, and ensuring tools are properly used and stored Support additional landscaping projects such as construction site prep, tree care, or horticultural enhancements as needed Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, and general landscaping techniques Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safety procedures related to landscaping tools and machinery This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to lead by example in creating beautiful landscapes.
