RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates for the seasonal laborer position will primarily be responsible for mowing and weed-eating the steep slopes along the Great Miami River. The types of equipment that candidates would learn to operate may include a large wheeled walk behind a mower with a 30-inch mowing deck, a tractor, and/or weed-eater with either plastic string or plastic knives. Other responsibilities may include using picks, shovels, chain saws, hand tools, dump trucks, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, scrapers, brooms, blowers, painting, trash pickup, and/or other grounds maintenance procedures. The assignments may change during the season.

REQUIREMENTS

Eligible candidates must have a valid Driver's License with a safe driving record and be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
