Mow Crew Lead

Lawn Care Crew Lead (Mowing & Property Maintenance) We are a growing lawn care and landscape company looking for a reliable and motivated Crew Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is ready to take on a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

Lead a small crew to complete residential and commercial mowing routes Operate commercial-grade equipment (stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Ensure all properties are serviced efficiently and to high quality standards Train and guide crew members on proper techniques and safety Manage daily routes and communicate progress with the owner Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance

Requirements:

Lawn care or landscaping experience (preferred, not required) Willingness to learn and operate commercial mowing equipment Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred) Ability to lead and motivate a crew Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical labor

Schedule:
