Role:

Simply Lawn Care is a well-established residential lawn care company serving a large customer base. We are looking for a crew leader who can operate independently, lead a small team, and maintain high standards on every property. You will be trusted with company equipment, a truck & trailer, and direct interaction with customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily lawn care operations (mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, cleanups) Safely operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws Drive company truck + trailer to and from job sites Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards Communicate professionally with customers when needed Maintain equipment and keep trailer/job sites organized Train and guide helper/crew member if assigned Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Proven lawn care experience (2+ years minimum) Valid driver's license with clean, insurable record Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers Ability to operate zero-turn mowers and all standard lawn equipment Strong work ethic and reliability (show up ready every day) Ability to work independently without supervision Professional attitude with customers Drug-free and alcohol-free while on the job
