Golf Grounds Crew

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Golf Grounds Crew Technician at Punderson Manor Lodge in Newbury, Ohio. This is a part-time, hourly position and the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the golf course and grounds to ensure a high-quality golfing experience for our guests.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on the golf course, including mowing, raking, trimming, and aerating greens and fairways Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the course by picking up trash, removing debris, and maintaining flower beds and planters Use various hand tools and small equipment to repair and maintain irrigation systems and drainage systems Help with the set-up and preparation of the course for tournaments and events Operate larger equipment, such as mowers and tractors, in a safe and efficient manner Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all safety procedures and regulations Report any issues or necessary repairs to the

Golf Course Superintendent Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license Prior experience in golf course maintenance preferred Ability to operate various hand tools and power equipment Knowledge of proper turf care and golf course etiquette Excellent time management and organizational skills Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
