Job Description

Landscape Laborer Pay:
$18-$23 per hour (based on experience) A busy, diverse landscaping company with 5 divisions consisting of Construction & Remodeling, Landscaping & Lawn Care, Snow Plowing, Concrete, and Facility Maintenance is hiring a Landscape Laborer to join their team. Experience is a plus, but not required—just bring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude!
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation Operate landscape equipment including bed edgers, skid steers, chainsaws, aerators, slit-seeders, and power tools Assist in planting shrubs and laying sod/seed Read and follow basic landscape designs and layouts
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 125 lbs Must be able to work on your feet all day Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to work 10-12 hour days during peak season Must be a dependable team player with a good attitude
Schedule:
10-hour shifts Full-time availability required Overtime possible during peak season
