As part of the mulch crew, you will play a key role in enhancing the appearance of commercial properties by installing and removing mulch and stone beds. The position offers flexible hours between 20-35 hours per week, with workdays starting at 7am and continuing until the day's project is complete. If you are reliable, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a seasonal role through the end of August, this could be the perfect fit. Responsibilities Install and remove mulch and stone beds at various properties Load and unload landscaping materials as needed Work as part of a team to complete daily projects efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Comfortable walking, standing, and crouching for extended periods Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Benefits Weekly pay Offered compensation: $16/hr
