Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated grounds person to join our team this summer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care with the ability to endure working hard outside even in the heat of summer.
Duties include:
Collaborate with your team to ensure cohesive care for gardens and lawns. Clean and maintain job sit. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Ability to assist with pruning and removing trees in limited drop zones Experience in tree care maintenance or landscaping preferred but not necessary! Ability to work Saturdays and on-call shifts Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical job demands Ability to pass a drug screening Reliable transportation to and from shop Join us in enhancing the beauty of our landscapes while ensuring the health of our trees!
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize potential hazards in the work environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Lift heavy objects regularly.
