JOB DESCRIPTION A

manufacturing company is seeking a Groundskeeper who will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of all outdoor areas. This is a first shift position working 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; however, you must be available for on-call snow removal during winter months.

Job Responsibilities:

Mow lawns, edge sidewalks, and maintain turf areas Clear debris, leaves, and litter from outdoor areas Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently Perform snow plowing, shoveling, and salt during winter months to ensure safe walkways and parking lots Inspect grounds regularly and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Perform other duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Qualifications:

Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred Must have the ability to operate lawn mowers, tractors, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal equipment Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes pride in your work Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow Must be able to use protective equipment as required Must have the ability to ensure the grounds are always well-kept and safe for employees, visitors, and the community Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
