Lawn Care Technician

EZGreen Lawn Care is a growing lawn and landscaping company based in Medina, OH. We are looking to hire a reliable, hard-working Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunity to grow into a crew lead role. Immediate Hire Available - Qualified candidates can start right away.

A valid driver's license is required for this position

What You'll Be Doing:

Mowing residential and commercial properties String trimming and edging Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, and patios Working efficiently to complete daily routes

What We're Looking For:

Shows up on time, every day Works hard and moves with urgency Takes pride in clean, detailed work Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Experience with stand-on or zero-turn mowers is required

Pay & Schedule:

$22-25 per hour based on experience 40-50 hours per week (overtime available) Biweekly direct deposit

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license (required - you will be driving company trucks) Must have reliable transportation to get to work each day Must be able to work 40-50 hours per week consistently Must be able to work outdoors in heat, rain, and varying conditions Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet all day Must be comfortable working independently and maintaining production standards Excellent attendance and reliability are required Must be able to follow directions and maintain quality standards Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic To apply: Text 330-416-5058 with your name, experience, and confirm you have a valid driver's license.
