You will work alongside a crew leader to ensure high-quality service and efficient completion of assigned jobs. Laborers are expected to work diligently and effectively while maintaining a professional attitude. Any issues or obstacles encountered should be reported to the crew leader immediately. Responsibilities Perform mowing, weed trimming, and blowing while navigating around potential obstacles such as wet areas, slopes, and landscaping features . Arrive on time with the proper uniform and PPE . Foster a positive attitude and actively contribute to enhancing the overall culture and success of the company. Maintain a professional and safety-conscious approach to all tasks. Safety Guidelines Operating equipment like mowers and string trimmers requires a high level of awareness and caution.

Employees must:

Always be aware of their surroundings while operating machinery. Comply with all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols , including: Steel-toe boots Eye protection Hearing protection Identify and avoid potential hazards that could pose risks to themselves, the equipment, or the property. Equipment Usage & Maintenance Use all mowing and maintenance equipment responsibly and carefully . Report any equipment issues, malfunctions, or breakdowns to the crew leader immediately. Treat equipment with care to prevent unnecessary damage and downtime. Properly secure and store all equipment on the trailer at the end of each job. Flexibility Due to weather conditions , scheduling adjustments may be necessary. Employees should be prepared for delayed or rescheduled workdays and occasional weekend shifts if required. If fieldwork is canceled due to weather, alternative tasks such as equipment maintenance and shop duties may be assigned.

Compensation Hourly Wage:

starting at $18 per hour Guaranteed $20 per hour within a year Up to 1,200 in monthly bonuses Uniform Level Up Lawncare will provide work shirts Employee are required to wear pants to work Black pants are required for work 2 weeks after initial hire date
