Grounds Crew Member - Mowing/Trimming

Position Summary This role is responsible for basic grounds maintenance with a focus on mowing and weed eating to keep camp property clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Mow assigned areas using a riding mower Weed eat/trim around buildings, fences, and walkways Keep grounds neat by clearing grass clippings and debris as needed Perform basic equipment care (fueling, cleaning, reporting issues) Follow all safety guidelines while operating equipment Schedule Flexible hours based on weather and mowing needs Primarily daytime work

Requirements:

Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Ability to safely operate a riding mower and weed eater Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable and able to complete assigned tasks independently Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a riding mower Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver for extended periods while trimming Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to push, pull, and operate equipment safely Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, humidity, and uneven terrain Ability to bend, kneel, and reach as needed to complete tasks
