Landscape Technician

What You'll Do You'll be part of a team delivering high-quality outdoor services while developing valuable skills in operations, customer interaction, and leadership.

Daily responsibilities include:

Operating professional equipment for mowing, trimming, and property maintenance Performing detailed landscape work such as hedge trimming, bed maintenance, and cleanups Driving company trucks and trailers safely and responsibly Communicating with customers on-site in a professional and respectful manner Assisting with project setups and execution for landscape installations Supporting property improvements that enhance curb appeal and long-term value Growth opportunities include: Learning how to estimate jobs and understand project pricing Participating in a structured leadership development program Taking on increased responsibility as skills and performance grow Contributing ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to develop both professionally and personally.
