Landscape Team Member

Lawns R Us Landscaping LLC is hiring dependable crew members focused on landscape maintenance , along with installation and property improvement work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented maintenance, cleanups, plant care, and hands-on project work. This position does NOT include routine lawn mowing, but instead focuses on property upkeep, enhancements, and installs. Responsibilities Spring & fall cleanups Mulching, bed maintenance, and edging Shrub and ornamental trimming Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials General property upkeep and site detailing Assist with landscape and hardscape installations Load/unload materials and tools Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Maintain clean, professional job sites Follow directions from crew leader or foreman Requirements •Drivers License Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work Ability to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, shovel, and work on uneven terrain Reliable transportation and punctuality Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take direction Preferred Landscape maintenance or install experience Shrub trimming and plant care knowledge What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity to grow into lead or foreman roles Professional, well-organized operation Variety of projects throughout the season
