Mowing Crew Member

If you do not meet these requirements, please do not apply. Lawns R Us Landscaping LLC is hiring experienced Lawn Mowing Technicians for our maintenance routes. This position is mowing-focused only and is ideal for someone who is confident operating commercial mowing equipment and takes pride in clean, professional results. This role does not include landscaping or hardscape installs — it is dedicated to mowing and turf maintenance. Responsibilities Mow residential and commercial properties on scheduled routes Operate commercial mowing equipment including: • Walker mowers Toro GrandStand stand-on mowers Perform trimming, edging, and blowing as needed Maintain clean, consistent cut quality and professional appearance Safely load, unload, and transport equipment Clean and maintain mowing equipment weekly Perform basic equipment checks and report issues promptly Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment organized and presentable Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Prior mowing or lawn maintenance experience required Ability to operate commercial mowing equipment independently Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Reliable, punctual, and professional Pay & Benefits Pay based on experience and skill level Consistent weekly hours during mowing season Benefits available after 90 days Well-maintained equipment and organized routes Professional, drama-free work environment
