Duties Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep grounds looking pristine Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Conduct gardening tasks like planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while applying horticultural best practices Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris, leaves, and trash regularly Support general land management activities such as soil preparation, fertilization, and weed control Use hand tools and landscaping equipment skillfully to complete daily tasks with precision and safety Qualifications Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely following all safety protocols Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques is desirable Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic physical fitness for lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license preferred for equipment transportation or site access This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in lawn care, gardening, and land management.
