Duties Assist with lawn care activities such as mowing and edging. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for landscape installation and maintenance projects. Support tree care efforts including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Perform general landscaping tasks such as planting flowers and shrubs. Conduct snow removal during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Maintain equipment including excavators, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and other machinery through routine checks and basic repairs. Experience Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of mechanical systems and hand tools enhances your ability to perform various tasks efficiently. Experience with lawn care equipment such as mowers or trimmers is advantageous. Basic understanding of horticulture principles helps in plant health and landscape design. Ability to operate power tools and small machinery is a plus.
