POSITION SUMMARY

The Groundskeeper / Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring the hotel's interior and exterior remain clean, functional, and visually appealing. This role is essential in providing a positive guest experience and supporting daily operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of windows, floors, mirrors, walls, and all common areas. Clean and maintain exterior spaces, including sweeping and pressure washing, especially during mayfly season. Organize and maintain maintenance storage areas, ensuring proper stock levels and cleanliness. Empty trash and clean trash cans regularly. Exhibit professionalism and courtesy toward guests and team members. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Adhere to the company dress code, maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times. Inform the manager of any issues and take corrective action or suggest alternatives. Perform additional duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional nights as needed. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capable of reaching, lifting, carrying, mopping, and sweeping frequently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Starting at $14.00 per hour
