Property Maintenance - First Shift

Job Summary:

Property Maintenance employees are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the company's facilities, including the shop, warehouses, and exterior grounds. This role involves a variety of daily, weekly, and seasonal tasks, with a focus on proactive maintenance and timely reporting of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

Ensure bathrooms are fully stocked in the morning. Sweep warehouse floors. Empty trash throughout the property multiple times a day. Clean up any litter (cigarette butts, etc.) around the property. Organize skids and crates. Empty cardboard bins throughout the shop multiple times a day.

Additional and Seasonal Tasks:

Clean out mop drains in the shop. Check and change lightbulbs throughout the property. Warm Weather (Landscaping): Mow and weed-eat weekly, cleaning up trash and clutter. Trim bushes and hedges, and perform other landscaping needs as directed.

Cold Weather:

Salt property daily during snowfall. Work on tasks with maintenance or other departments as needed. Perform other maintenance-related duties as requested.

General Requirements:

Ability to follow directions. Ability to work independently and with others. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Ability to work in both a warehouse environment and the outdoors. Forklift experience preferred. Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $15.00 Per Hour
