This is a physically demanding, fast-paced outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality results.

Pay:

$19-$30/hour base range Pay-for-Performance (P4P) — earn a percentage of the labor revenue you produce Average earnings typically $20-$25+/hour , depending on efficiency and pace

Responsibilities:

Operate zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, and blowers Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and property cleanups Complete daily routes efficiently with your crew Maintain equipment and deliver consistent, high-quality work

Requirements:

Experience with zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment preferred Physically able to work long days outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, walk, and stay active for extended periods Must bring your own basic safety gear (eye/ear protection, etc.) Reliable transportation to and from work
