Key Responsibilities of the Role Maintaining grounds and grounds equipment including: Mowing and Trimming Trimming Shrubs Watering Grounds clean-up, including but not limited to picking up sticks and trash Blowing off parking lots and sidewalks Pulling weeds Edging walks and mulching beds Installing new landscapes Power Washing Assist in cleanup and maintenance of equipment, shop space, and campus Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition Assisting with other special projects throughout Central Insurance Required Qualifications Able to lift 50 lbs. Stamina to be on feet 100% of the time Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Past professional lawn care experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Possesses verbal and written communication skills Possesses multi-tasking and prioritization skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to understand Central Insurance's policies and processes Work Authorization Central will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
