Grounds Crew Member

Job Summary Join our dynamic Grounds Crew team and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our outdoor spaces. As a Grounds Crew Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks that keep our grounds vibrant and inviting. Your dedication will ensure that lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Responsibilities Use hand tools and power tools for planting, pruning, weeding, and general landscape upkeep Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to ensure proper watering of plants and turf Conduct routine landscape maintenance including mulching, fertilizing, and aerating soil Support gardening activities such as planting new greenery or replacing damaged plants Perform regular inspections of grounds to identify issues requiring maintenance or repair Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and storing tools properly after use Qualifications Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic lawn care techniques is a plus Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative tasks Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces that inspire!
