As our Groundskeeper, you'll be the hands and heart behind the first impression of our property. Your work will ensure that every visitor and employee experiences a clean, safe, and inviting environment.

What you will do:

Maintain Lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, edging, and planting. Interact with employees and tenants Work as a Supervisory Role and supervise the grounds team. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal tools. Perform seasonal tasks including leaf removal, mulching, fertilizing, and planting annuals or perennials. Monitor grounds for safety hazards and address them promptly (e.g., clearing debris, salting icy walkways). Assist with minor repairs to irrigation systems and outdoor fixtures. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure properties meet client and company standards year-round.

What you will bring:

Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (commercial experience a plus). Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering High-quality work. Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A proactive, reliable, and safety - conscious mindset. Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
