Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups Coordinate construction projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and irrigation systems Manage tree care tasks including trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetic appeal Ensure proper horticultural practices are followed to maintain healthy gardens and landscapes Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Assist with client communication to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance roles Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related fields Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation Experience with construction projects involving hardscaping or irrigation installation Familiarity with tree care practices and arboriculture principles Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about landscaping who thrive in leadership positions.
