Landscaper/Groundskeeper

DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED!

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various landscaping tasks that contribute to the aesthetic appeal and maintenance of outdoor spaces. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Duties Dig, build, and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, and trees. Perform tree trimming and care to ensure healthy growth and appearance. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe. Implement hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct groundskeeping duties such as mowing lawns, weeding, and mulching. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to promote healthy growth. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools related to landscaping tasks. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and maintenance. Experience in snow plowing operations during winter months is a plus. Ability to perform hardscape installations with attention to detail. Strong understanding of groundskeeping techniques for maintaining outdoor spaces. Physical stamina to handle manual labor in various weather conditions.
