Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 125178 Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of a residential retirement community in Tulsa, OK . This position is responsible for general landscaping, grounds maintenance, and resident trash collection across a 40-acre property while providing courteous service to residents and staff. The ideal Groundskeeper enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining attractive surroundings, and is comfortable interacting with elderly residents in a professional and respectful manner. Required Experience & Skills Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills Comfortable interacting with and assisting elderly residents Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable attendance and positive attitude

REQUIRED

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collect and remove residents' trash throughout the property Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and landscaped areas Trim bushes and perform routine grounds maintenance Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common outdoor spaces Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Enter resident homes when necessary to perform assigned duties while respecting privacy and professionalism Provide courteous customer service to residents, visitors, and staff Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment as needed Follow all company safety procedures and property policies Perform additional groundskeeping and property maintenance duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Experience in landscaping or property maintenance Familiarity with lawn equipment and landscaping tools Customer service experience in residential or hospitality environments Ability to identify potential maintenance issues proactively Physical Requirements Frequent walking throughout a 40-acre property Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to perform outdoor physical labor for extended periods Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and maintenance tools Work Environment Outdoor residential community setting Exposure to varying weather conditions, landscaping equipment, and physical labor Frequent interaction with residents, visitors, and staff Safety-focused environment requiring attention to detail and professionalism Why You'll Want This Opportunity Monday Friday schedule with no weekends Opportunity to make a positive impact in a retirement community Stable full-time position with long-term potential Enjoy working outdoors while maintaining a beautiful property Friendly, team-oriented environment with consistent daytime hours Ready to Apply?
