Landscape Crew Member

We are a locally owned company providing landscape services for over 24 years. We operate out of a 40-acre tree farm just west of Yukon, Oklahoma. Our team takes pride in creating beautiful landscapes, growing the best trees in the area, maintaining meaningful relationships with our customer and providing a positive work environment. We are a year-round operation, offering steady work and competitive pay. We are looking for experienced landscapers capable of stepping onto a job site and delivering immediate results.

Responsibilities:

Assist with landscape installation: tear out, planting, mulching, sprinklers, etc.

Maintenance of tree farm:

mowing, tree trimming, spraying, etc. Collaborate with team members to execute hardscape projects effectively. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the day. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Learn tree care and operations as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous landscape or related field experience is required. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers. Must be dependable with reliable means of getting to and from work. Valid driver's license and clean driving record a must.
