We are a small gardening business that primarily conducts high detail garden and lawn maintenance, as well as plant installation and garden bed preparation. We work hard together as a team, bringing a positive attitude and great work ethic to every job-site. We also love to laugh and listen to music while working! Every crew member is a valued part of the team, and we are welcoming of people from every background. What you'll do: Mowing, edging, and weeding Planting, pruning/trimming, and yard debris collection Compost, mulch, and aggregate (rock) installation Irrigation control box set-up Curb cleaning with brooms and leaf blowers Have fun! Listen to music, talk with other members of the crew, and learn more about gardening and landscaping!

Experience/Ability:

No previous experience in gardening or landscaping required! Previous experience is definitely welcomed, especially regarding garden plant knowledge and weed identification. Training in all areas is provided. General knowledge of operating and maintaining equipment (mowers, edgers, leaf blowers, etc.) is recommended but not required. Knowledge of how to safely use hand tools Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to ask for help if needed. The ability to lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, kneeling, and pulling for extended periods of time. Works well independently and with a team
