Job Description

Job Summary Uppercut Tree Service is looking for line clearance tree trimmers/trimmer trainees/groundman to work full time. Must be able & willing to work in all types of weather conditions, 4-10 hour shift, monday

thursday Must Posses a valid drivers license, Class A or Class B CDL is a plus Drug Screen Required, including marijuana Expectations Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal using proper techniques and safety procedures Support the setup and operation of bucket trucks, lifts, and rigging equipment for elevated work Feed Chipper, cut small trees and brush with chainsaw Learn to operate bucket trucks safely and effectively under supervision Support ground crew with material handling, tool organization, and site preparation Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members Ability to operate or quickly learn how to operate bucket trucks and other aerial lift equipment Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail.
