Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Field Mowing Specialist, where you will be the driving force behind maintaining pristine outdoor spaces across diverse locations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure lawns, landscapes, and green areas are beautifully groomed and well-kept. Duties Operate lawn mowers, hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment to perform precise mowing, trimming, and edging of grass and shrubbery. Maintain and service equipment such as excavators, snow plows, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including tree care, pruning, tree trimming, gardening, and hardscape upkeep. Execute seasonal duties like snow plowing and snow removal to keep outdoor areas safe and accessible during winter months. Assist with planting, horticulture activities, irrigation installation, and general garden care to promote healthy growth. Perform routine inspections of landscaped areas for pests, disease, or damage; implement necessary repairs or report issues promptly. Support construction or renovation projects related to landscaping or hardscape features as needed. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of lawn care machinery, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively. Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning for health and safety. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance. Skilled in using hand tools for detailed landscaping tasks and maintenance work. Excellent understanding of landscaping principles including hardscape features like patios or walkways. Ability to perform snow plowing efficiently during winter seasons. Good physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; attention to detail is essential for quality results.
