Overview Groundskeeper / Property Caretaker (1099 Contractor)

Acre Property Position Type:
Independent Contractor (1099) We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper/Caretaker to oversee the maintenance and operation of a beautiful 100-acre property. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, and can work independently.
Responsibilities:
General property maintenance and upkeep Landscaping, mowing, weed control, and irrigation Tree and shrub pruning Tractor operation and equipment maintenance Road and driveway grading Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Property inspections and preventative maintenance Managing and maintaining a clean, professional appearance throughout the property Monitoring and being responsible for utility usage and reporting issues as needed
Requirements:
Experience operating tractors and heavy equipment Basic knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, and general maintenance Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks without supervision Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
