Landscape Maintenance Crew Member /
Landscape Technician Pay:
$18.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE) GT Landscape Solutions is expanding to Eugene, and we're hiring! We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful properties. Whether you have landscaping experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide training and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, and maintain commercial landscapes Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Perform pruning, cleanup, and general landscape maintenance Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Deliver high-quality service to our clients Qualifications Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Landscaping experience preferred but not required Experience operating commercial landscape equipment is a plus What We Offer $20.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience Full-time, year-round employment Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and parental leave On-the-job training Tuition reimbursement and professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement as our Eugene branch continues to grow Why Join GT Landscape Solutions?
