Landscape Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, digging, and installing landscape features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, and retaining walls using appropriate equipment and techniques Maintain lawns and gardens through fertilization, watering, aeration, and pest control practices Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments using appropriate equipment Help with irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for visitors Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Prior experience with snow plowing or hardscape installation is desirable but not required Join us to grow your skills in landscaping while helping create stunning outdoor environments!
