Job Description
Job Summary Join our team as a Landscape Technician and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. This energetic position involves executing landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening projects with precision and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients' landscapes are vibrant, healthy, and visually appealing through hands-on work with various tools and equipment. Ideal candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about horticulture and outdoor aesthetics. From mowers, trimmers, and blowers to other lawn-related equipment, you work in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. This landscaping position works a full-time schedule with no weekend or on-call work and is done by early afternoon. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep landscapes lush and healthy Conduct lawn care activities such as aeration, fertilization, weed control, and snow plowing during winter months to ensure year-round landscape beauty Assist with irrigation system repairs, and maintenance to promote efficient watering practices Support plant care operations including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to ensure safety and vitality Maintain landscaping equipment through routine cleaning and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving hardscape features or garden installations to deliver high-quality results Skills Experience with lawn care techniques including mowing, edging, blowing, fertilizing, and weed control Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping machinery and tools Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes), and power tools (trimmers, blowers) Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair processes Understanding of plant care including trimming, pruning standards, and safety protocols Experience working within construction or hardscape projects involving patios or retaining walls is a plus Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward landscape maintenance challenges Ability to perform snow plowing operations efficiently during winter seasons Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant works of art!
