Crew Job Summary:
Duties will include working as part of a small team, delivering and installing organic materials such as bark, compost, and soils to residential and commercial customers. Occasional use of various hand and power tools, forklifts, and loaders. We are looking for hard-working, team-oriented people to join our growing company. We'll help train you for new skills, so it's a great chance to grow with us! This position typically has overtime and weekend work. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Requirements:
Stay on task and understand written and verbal instructions. Great customer service skills and enjoy working with people. Ability to communicate and work with fellow employees. Attention to detail. Following all safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
Valid drivers license Physical requirements:
Have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body. Be able to reach overhead. Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks. Be able to lift 60 lbs. of weight frequently throughout assigned workday. Equipment experience not required but is beneficial.
