Gardener

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gardener to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining private landscape clients, and the Seaside Downtown Public Gardens. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, apply your gardening skills, and be part of a passionate team dedicated to environmental beauty and sustainability. Duties Perform planting , garden maintenance , trimming, pruning, mulching to keep outdoor areas pristine. Operate hand tools and electric power tools safely and efficiently for various gardening tasks . Assist with planting new landscapes or revitalizing existing ones by selecting appropriate plants based on climate and soil conditions. Qualifications Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively. Familiarity with growing techniques and plant care best practices to promote healthy growth. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Effective communication skills .
