Golf Course Greenskeeper

Key Responsibilities:

Handle routine grounds work like mowing, trimming, edging, and clearing debris Help maintain key golf course areas: greens, bunkers, and tee boxes Assist with the irrigation system—setup, monitoring, and small fixes Plant, water, and care for grass, trees, shrubs, and flowers Safely operate and maintain landscaping gear (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Keep the grounds tidy and clean by removing trash Always follow safety guidelines and report any issues Support special projects and seasonal needs

Important Details & Work Schedule:

This is a Part-Time position, typically 15-30 hours per week. We primarily need help with early morning shifts to get the course ready before players arrive. Weekend availability is absolutely necessary for this role. Qualifications (No Sweat if You Don't Have It All!): Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a bonus, but we can train the right person! You must be comfortable working outside in all sorts of weather. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks. Basic understanding of landscaping tools and equipment is helpful. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are key. Ability to work well solo or with the team.

Compensation:

$20 per hour There are usually opportunities for extra hours during our busiest seasons.
