Braun Medical, visit www.bbraunusa.com B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to support the maintenance, upkeep, and improvement of company grounds and landscaped areas. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained outdoor environment through hands‑on groundskeeping, landscaping, and equipment operation. This is a physically active, individual contributor role requiring attention to safety, equipment care, and follow‑through. Key Responsibilities Implement landscaping improvements and renovations using appropriate plants and landscaping materials Maintain pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, and drains by clearing debris and ensuring safe conditions Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, mowers, edgers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, tractors, loaders, and snow removal equipment Perform minor repairs to grounds equipment and irrigation sprinklers; assist with installation and maintenance of drip irrigation systems Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and functional condition Order materials and equipment needed to maintain grounds and landscaping areas Maintain work schedules to ensure all required grounds maintenance is completed Take responsibility for assigned work and follow through to completion Develop skills in additional areas of facility maintenance as needed Duties listed are representative and not exhaustive; additional responsibilities may be assigned Knowledge & Skills Working knowledge of motorized equipment and hand/power tools used in groundskeeping Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions related to grounds and maintenance work Knowledge of chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, cultivation, weed control, seeding, planting, and plant care Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English Ability to operate hand tools, motorized equipment, and vehicles such as cars and trucks with trailers Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in groundskeeping and/or landscaping High School diploma or GED Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience operating a wide range of grounds and landscaping equipment

Work Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Pay Range:

$25.00 - $31.00 per hour based on experience This position may require occasional overtime based on business needs Physical Demands & Work Environment Prolonged sitting during mowing operations Prolonged standing and walking on varied terrain Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent reaching, pulling, bending, and occasional climbing Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
