Driving Full Job Description Landscape Laborer:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Physical labor such as mulching, digging, picking, wheel barrowing, mowing, weed whacking, carrying, moving, placing stone, must have the ability to lift 50 pounds. Placing/Planting plant material, including trees and shrubbery. Loading/unloading trucks with soil, mulch, plant material, stone, etc.
Key Qualifications:
Must have a vailid PA Driver's license and clean driving record. Must be over 18, have reliable transportation. Energetic, hard-working and punctual. Able and willing to work to a very high standard. Able to take direction and work effectively on a team. Ensure attention to detail when receiving and following instructions. Ability to pass background check and periodic drug testing. Ability to obtain a medical card. Act in a professional manner at all times when representing Buckwalter Landscape Services, Inc. Neat, professional grooming and positive attitude is a plus Ability to communicate effectively, bilingual a plus 3-5+ years of landscape/hardscape experience preferred For year round employees: Able to shovel, operate a snow blower. Snow Plow experience is a plus. In the winter, must be able to work whenever weather conditions call for action.
